MESNAC Co., Ltd. signed Intention Agreement to purchase 100 % shares of P&D Company on 13th January 2012, which means it will hold 66.7 % shares of the famous PCR tire building machine company – Beijing Jingyie Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. indirectly.

Yet another year Cologne was the site of world‘s prestigious Tire Technology Expo from the 14th to 16th February where the grandest experts of tire technology met.

The General Manager of Mesnac European Research and Technical Centre Karol Vanko has received a prestigious distinction of the Chinese Government – „Friendship Award 2011“ which is awarded yearly to selected foreign experts who contribute significantly to economic and social development of People’s Republic of China.

2nd December 2011 Knoxville, Tennessee -- Qingdao Mesnac has bought all the shares in Wyko Tire Technology. The Wyko operation retains the Wyko brand and name. Previous owners and leading lights in the company, Ian Smith and David Jones will remain as directors of the Wyko business, and will work collaboratively with Mesnac to identify opportunities for growth, product innovation and diversification.

During the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of November 2011 Mesnac and M.E.R.T.C. took the opportunity to present the P-PRO tyre building machine and Unistage Low Temperature Mixing Line and to lead discussions with their business partners predominantly from China, India, Iran and Russia.

Tire Technology Expo 2010, leading international tire design and tire manufacturing exhibition once again introduced current and the best from our rubber-making industry in Cologne Messe (Germany). Mesnac participated as well.

November 25th, the Tenth China International Rubber Technology and Tires Exhibition was opened on New International Expo Centre in Shanghai, more than 500 domestic and foreign exhibitors took part in. During the exhibition, The first "Automobile and Engineering Rrubber Products Eexhibition" and "2010 Natural & Synthetic Rubber Supply and Demand Fair" were also held concurrently. Three Departments of Mesnac and its two subsidiaries, Mesnac Precise Processing Co., Ltd and Dalian Tian Sheng joined in the exhibition.

M.E.R.T.C. team develops a new tyre building machine for manufacturing of passenger, light truck and SUV tyres focused especially on uniformity of the tyres built. Tyre building machine will be assembled and tested during second half of this year and then delivered to the final customer.

Mesnac new headquarters open

Mesnac has opened its new central office in Qingdao city – modern and nice 17 floor high building. The building is located very close to Qingdao University of Science and Technology, main Chinese university for rubber industry.

MESNAC European Centre is open

Chinese producer of rubber machines MESNAC, which is actually on 5th place of “Rubber Machinery Producers World Ranking”, is closer to European customer now. After establishment of sales agent for Europe and Middle East – Rubber Point – in the beginning of the year, Mesnac has already own European design centre too – Mesnac European Research and Technical Centre ( M.E.R.T.C. ).
